If you would like to return an item (some restrictions apply-see eligibility below), you may do so within 14 days of when your order was delivered. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied for all eligible (see eligibility below) returns unless you choose to exchange your product.

Packages will be refused unless an RMA# is referenced. Product must be returned within 10 days from the date the RMA# was issued.
Original shipping charges are non refundable and you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning your product/s.
***Please note that orders for specific products, such as respiratory protection, disposable gloves, disposable clothing, eye / face and head protection during a domestic / international pandemic outbreak (or like situations), natural disasters, terrorist attack cannot be canceled or exchanged and are non-returnable once the product has been shipped from our warehouse. Due to the liability incurred, shelf life/expiration dates and because our products are used for the preservation of health and life, some of the safety products we distribute, such as electronics, gas detection equipment and replacement sensors, tested electrical protective gloves and apparel, fall protection, chemical resistant footwear and other safety apparel items that have been unboxed are not returnable or as stated earlier will be charged a 15% or more restock fee. Calibration gas is non-returnable and cannot be exchanged. Only unused products or apparel with no signs of wear/use and with no contaminates will be accepted for return. Eligibility of returning a product is voided if a customer decides to perform their own internal safety tests on any product purchased form Durawear. The product must be in resalable condition. All items noted as Non-Stock, Made-To-Order or special order items are non-returnable.
High volume quantities of items are non-returnable as they are fulfilled on an order to order basis.
At times an items website picture my vary slightly then what you receive. We do our best to keep up with new images but delays are a possibility. Many manufacturers re-brand, update/change markings and/or update packaging of items due to frequent changes in supply chains, this does not warrant an item defective, not authentic or eligible for a free return.
Only new unworn apparel, gloves & footwear can be returned and must be returned in its original undamaged packaging. All unopened merchandise will be refunded in the same manner it was paid for. Return authorization must be requested within 14 days of when your was received.
You may exchange your product within 14 days of when your order was delivered (Some restrictions apply to products such as food, beverage, gas detection and other items). Also some products my incur a return freight charge or exchange fee due to transportation fees. Durawear will allow a one time size or color exchange of the same item. All products returned for exchange must have a exchange number or your package will be refused and returned to you without a refund or exchange. Pack your item/s in the original or other suitable carton so as not to be damaged by the courier you selected. Once the product is received and accepted back into our warehouse a new order will be entered with its associated shipping charges.

In the event that a claim is made that the product purchased through Durawear.com is defective or fails and your purchase may be covered under the manufacturers warranty, and as the customer you request a replacement shipment before the original product is returned, Durawear.com has the right under our terms and conditions to authorize and process the original credit card used to make the initial purchase for the full amount of the replacement product. A full refund will be issued once the defective or failed product/s is returned and can be verified that it is covered under the manufacturers and Durawear.com warranty.
Durawear has the right under our terms and conditions to charge a fifteen percent (15%) restock fee on any returned product. Please contact customer service for details. The customer must follow the provided RMA instruction which will be provided directly through the manufacturer or Durawear.com.
If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase you will not receive a refund for the value of the discount. Instead, the refund will be applied only to the actual amount paid at time of purchase.
Durawear.com ships exclusively via UPS. Generally orders are shipped within the noted shipping lead time Monday through Friday. If no lead time is listed under availability usually your order will ship in 3-5 business days. UPS charges are calculated based on the total weight, overall dimensions and destination zip code of your order. Shortly after your order is prepared for shipping you will be notified via e-mail with a UPS tracking number. Use the map below to determine approximate shipping time for UPS Ground service. We also offer expedited shipping options available at checkout.
Durawear must be notified of any quantity discrepancies and damages within (5 business days) of your order being delivered or the claim will not be validated. All other claims related to shipping must be made within 30 days of your order being shipped or your claim with not be eligible for review.
Does Durawear ship UPS Collect? With regards to commercial accounts Durawear may ship by UPS Collect or UPS Third Party. This is solely determined by our security team due to fraudulent or invalid account information. If any UPS chargeback fees result from any invalid shipping information such as account numbers or invalid addressed, Durawear will collect these chargeback fees with the addition of a $50.00 administrative fee.
All international shipments will originate and be processed from our New Jersey distribution center. This will add additional time before your order may ship since some products may have to be transferred to our New Jersey distribution center. Durawear will not ship any products internationally directly from a vendor.
Please note that all/any duties, taxes or customs fees from the destination country's custom agency may or will be collected at the time of delivery from the carrier. Durawear has no control over such fees and all such fees are the responsibility of the receiver.
